Assistantships, Financial Opportunities

Graduate Assistantships

Graduate assistantship opportunities are available for students in a variety of areas.

Statistics Laboratory Graduate Assistantships

Graduate students may apply for a position in the Educational Statistics Computer Laboratory. Graduate students with assistantships in the Statistics Lab assist students, staff and faculty with statistical and measurement questions, statistical software questions, and other research- and course-related activities. They also deliver workshops on statistical software and methods topics, teach undergraduate courses and assist professors with course-related activities. For more information, email Ronna Turner or Wen-Juo Lo. In addition, graduate students more advanced in their graduate studies may work in the Statistical and Measurement Consulting Center (SMCC).

Other assistantship opportunities are often available. These opportunities are dependent upon faculty research funding from grant-related activities. Finally, other departments on campus often need students with data and analytic experience. To search non-ESRM positions, visit University of Arkansas Careers.
